From working inside truancy offices and the criminal justice system in the the Texas cities of Plano and Allen, to getting kicked off his college track team and coming back to win a conference championship—his story isn’t theory, it’s lived.
He’s coached at the D1 college level, helped develop a national champion, and walked students through some of their toughest chapters. With degrees in Criminal Justice, Psychology, and Organizational Leadership, Sage doesn’t just talk discipline—he teaches people how to build it and live it.
For over a decade, Sage has been speaking in schools, inspiring thousands with a message that’s relatable, relevant, and rooted in real change.
